By completing the registration process to a Travel Canaries SL website, you represent that you can and will be legally bound by this Agreement. No Member may participate where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulation.
By making an order through the Travel Canaries s.l. online billing system, you also agree to the following terms and conditions.

Online Orders
You are responsible and confirm that you are the owner or legitimate user, or that you have the consent of the owner or legitimate user of the Debit/Credit Card and Paypal or Stripe account.
As a Member, you will be provided with a variety of Services, as described on the Travel Canaries SL website.
Travel Canaries SL reserves the right to enhance, modify, or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, at Travel Canaries SL’s sole discretion, with or without notice to Members, and with no obligation to Members.
Prices and Payment
Prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates. The duration for each service is clearly displayed in each section when ordering a product.
Delivery of Services
Services ordered through www.travelcanaries.com are immediately available through your user account after purchasing. Confirmation of orders is delivered via email. An overview of products ordered can be viewed through your user account.

Refunds
Travel Canaries s.l. does NOT offer refunds on billing services. If you have an issue with your purchase, please send an email to cs@travelcanaries.com and include your mobile phone number. A member of our team will get in touch with you within 3 working days.
Termination
Your right to terminate:
You can remove your advertisement from the Travelcanaries.com site through the ‘my jobs’ / ‘my listings’ section of the ‘your account’ area after logging in to our system. If you require further assistance, please send an email to cs@travelcanaries.com and include your mobile phone number. A member of our team will get in touch with you within 3 working days.
Travel Canaries s.l. right to terminate:
Travel Canaries s.l. can terminate ANY advert it deems inappropriate from the site. Travel Canaries s.l. offers no refund for using this service in the event that an advert is deemed inappropriate. (This applies to both free and paid adverts.) Travel Canaries s.l. offers no refunds for the use or misuse of any of the premium mobile services on Travelcanaries.com. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to waive your rights to any refund or compensation for using the services.
Service Availability
You acknowledge that the billing Services may, at any time, be adversely affected by problems with your internet connection, including, without limitation, interference to the network coverage. Travel Canaries s.l. shall not be responsible or liable to you for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred directly or indirectly by you as a result of any difficulties experienced by your network provider or credit card provider.
Subject to the constraints described above, Travel Canaries s.l. will carry out the services(s) with reasonable care and skill.
Data Protection
The information and data (“personal data”) which is provided by you when you register for the online payments will be held by Travel Canaries s.l. The personal data shall be used by Travel Canaries s.l. for the following purposes:
- to update and develop the company’s records and for assessment and analysis including market and service/product analysis;
- to assist the company in the provision of services/products to you; and
iii. to facilitate reviews, developments, and improvements to the services/products offered to you.
Travel Canaries s.l. may inform you from time to time by e-mail, telephone, text message, or any other media about relevant news, information, services and products offered (this applies to both free and paid adverts.)
Privacy
Travel Canaries SL has established a Privacy Policy to explain to Members how their information is collected and used, which Member can read by clicking privacy policy. The policy explains how and when Travel Canaries SL may use Member information and content.
Governing Law
The Agreement and the relationship between Member and Travel Canaries SL shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Malta, without regard to any conflict of law principles to the contrary.
If any provision of these terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, you and Travel Canaries SL nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to your and Travel Canaries SL’s intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unaffected and in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to Travel Canaries SL, the Services and/or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
